Welcome to Mandy Lauer Yoga

(E-RYT 500) Mandy has studied and practiced yoga for over 25 years. She has well over 5,000 teaching hours in class and private settings. When Mandy teaches, she intends to awaken an inner awareness that expands consciousness in the body, mind, and spirit. She is very descriptive in her cueing, often using anatomical terms and metaphors to guide students to feel the subtleties of the practice. Mandy's classes are slowly paced, strong in nature, and very grounding. Her aim is that each student feels more aligned, refreshed, and with a feeling of wholeness that is lasting.
